Minor Finds are usually found as room clear rewards. These rooms are extremely common at the start of the run, and become less common as Melinoë progresses. See Reward Selection for more details on the exact process used to determine Major Finds and how Dice can affect that process.

Locations[edit | edit source]

In the Fields of Mourning, Ashes, Bones, and Psyche are no longer displayed in the Doors Preview. They can still be found as rewards.

The Fields of Mourning and the bonus rooms in City of Ephyra can sometimes contain small versions of Centaur Heart (5), Soul Tonic (5), and Golden Crowns (20) can be found. These are worth only 20% of their normal value. These are not marked on Door Previews and do not trigger an encounter, making them effectively a Minor Find.

The Golden Bough in the Fields of Mourning will reveal the location of both Major Finds (Gold) and Minor Finds (Silver).

Tartarus and the main rooms of City of Ephyra do not contain any Minor Find Encounter rewards. Bonus rooms encountered in Ephyra can still contain such rewards.

Doors[edit | edit source]

• When using Dice, Minor Find rooms can only reroll into other Minor Finds.
  • This includes Ashes, Bones, Psyche, Nectar, and rarely Food
  • Food Doors occur only from rerolls.
  • Empty Centaur Heart cannot be found from Doors.

Relevant Boons[edit | edit source]

• Poseidon's Boon Double Up gives you a chance to duplicate any Minor Find (and currently also many Major Finds!)
• Poseidon's Boon Ocean's Bounty increases the value of Minor Finds found as Encounter Rewards.
• Hermes's Boon Quick Buck increases Golden Crowns gains from all sources.
• Chaos's Boon Affluence increases Golden Crowns found as Encounter Rewards.
