Athena is one of the Characters in Hades II. She will occasionally show up in Mount Olympus during encounters (similar to Artemis and Icarus), and will offer Melinoë a choice of 
Boons. Unlike most other Allies, Athena's Boons still have rarity.
Boons[edit | edit source]
Athena Boons are focused on Deflect and Death Defy.
Deflect: Send foes' strikes and projectiles right back at them.

| Phalanx Shot | Your Specials also launch a projectile ahead that can Deflect, rearming after 2 seconds.

| Renewed Faith | Replenish all spent uses of  Death Defiance now, and improve their potency

| Stalwart Stand | Gain +1 Death Defiance that replenishes in each Location, but you Prime  Magick

| Mental Block | Your Casts also deal a burst of damage and make you briefly Deflect.

| Divine Dash | Your Dash deals damage to surrounding foes where you end up, and can Deflect.
